It’s not that conservatives are racist, it’s that their racially insensitive and like to stoke fears that some people have for minorities. Blacks, Hispanics, Muslims in order to win votes. It’s called the Southern Strategy and it’s being employed today.
It isn’t progressives relying that old tired argument, it’s conservatives bringing things up to stoke racial fears. Remember Rev Wright? Look at that Mosque thing that’s going on today.
@SisterKlon They’re not trying to stoke racial fears. they’re concerned about this country’s resources being taken by illegal aliens and they were concerned about Obama having a pastor who said such odd stuff. Again step outside that everything is racial lense and give folks a little credit.
You saying that is like conservatives saying you’re pro choice because you want to kill babies. It’s just a shallow and ignorant view of a deep ideological stance. It’s easier to demonize than actually believe they have views for legit reasons then engage them in debate.

The everyday people ARE concerned about these things. The politicians exaggerate these things to the point of it being about racial division in order to gain politically.
Check it out, I’m not in any political party (because I am a thinking person) but if we have to be accurate with Obama’s legality as President then we have to bring up the fact that he is not a Natural Born Citizen (different than just a regular US citizen), to hold the highest office in the Land the law says one must be a Natural Born Citizen which means both of his parents must be born in US soil as well. I don’t care if he was born in Hawaii, his father is from Kenya. The law has been broken.
