CNN fairly reported then-state Sen. Barack Obama’s opposition to the IL Born Alive Infants Protection Act, a bill to protect abortion survivors from being shelved to die in hospital soiled utility rooms. Obama not only voted against Born Alive, he was the sole senator to speak against it on the senate floor – 2 years in a row. The federal version of Born Alive passed unanimously 98-0 in the US Senate with Sens. Kennedy and Boxer speaking in support on the senate floor. It passed overwhelmingly by voice vote in the US House. President Bush signed it into law on August 5, 2002. As chairman of the IL Senate Health & Human Services Committee, Obama singlehandedly stopped the identical wording of the federal bill from being introduced in IL in 2003. Barack Obama is so radical in his support of abortion, he supports infanticide.

  4. paintballerbushy says:

God, the liberals always bitch about fox news attacking Obama, and catering to the conservatives. Then you have CNN that is finding every single way to explain away Obama’s real record.

  5. unashamedevangelist says:

At the medical teaching school /hospital inMadison , WISCONSIN
they will be doing late term abortions.

*******Medical students will be taught how to do abortions *****

They will be using baby body parts for profits.

The Christians NEED to contact the university of Madison, write, call, and let their voices be heard:

  7. golyg says:

    Carville = professional liar
He made no sense at all and as usual merely attacked the messenger.

  8. KingChris83 says:

I cannot believe there’s a discussion about killing a live birth. obviously the baby has fully entered the world with the first breath… and LEGALLY enjoys full human rights or at least the rights of children. oh man

  9. CHErevolucion1 says:

haha they’ll fight for these babies lives when there in thetre mothers wombs but if they turn out to be gay then they don’t give a shit abuot it anymore. protect choice.

  10. Cathybearse says:

    James Carville- moron for sure

  11. Katja644 says:

I don’t think God should be blamed for our actions. And I couldn’t fathom getting an abortion because it’s an innocent child being killed because of my actions. I don’t understand how this country can kill a serial killer for murdering adults and/or young children; yet the law does nothing against those whom murder an unborn child.

I believe a fetus is a living human being as soon as it is conceived. I don’t understand how the United States can keep going along with these double-standards.

  12. korriban129 says:

What’s even worse are the people that are against capital punishment and for abortion. Let’s murder the innocent and spare the guilty. What a warped way of thinking.

  13. stigmutha says:

How about the people for saving babies but killing in wars? The typical voter that does not support Roe V Wade supports capital punishment and Bush’s war in Iraq.

  14. gabrielwatches says:

Soldiers enlist (nowadays) to fight in wars. Capital punishment is for someone who has committed a crime and been found guity. Innocent babies do not enlist, have any means of protection and are not criminals. Please do not state that “typical pro-lifers” (I am)are pro cap punishment. (i’m not)If you go to the Life March in DC you will see there is no “typical pro-lifer” just Americans standing for LIFE.

  15. neocon2009 says:

its funny when people think that Obama will take care of them is this what they mean early or un fair death?!

  16. Abashi76 says:

  17. myspacejjonesusa says:

    CNN sucks

  18. Sirengesang says:

  19. Sirengesang says:

they want to reduce the population – especially the babies of the poorer people.

In former times starting eutanasy begins in the USA. german NAZIS took this theme only from the americans.

  20. abishag284 says:

Go back to your little my space, whore around, and abort as many babies as you want!

  21. Yesica1993 says:

Typical twisted nonsense – killing terrorists in a war is not the same as killing innocent unborn infants. It is also not the same as the justice system applying capital punishment to convicted criminals.

But in your sick mind they are the same, right?

  22. Cdeezyable says:

    good point

  23. Yesica1993 says:

Logic and reason and facts tend to do that. But God forbid logic, reason and facts be used in conversations these days!

  24. justaregularguy84 says:

that’s a straw man argument, inncocent people dying in a war is a bad, so is killing babies, 2 wrongs dont make a right

  25. Abashi76 says:

Well, did you listen to the whole story? The language in the Illinois version would have banned all abortion. But the Federal Infant Born Alive Act protects live babies, but does not ban abortion of embryos or fetuses.
