@tcon26 Historically, women have lower wages because many women take time off to raise children. even in the same job, with the same ‘title” if a man has 3, 5… 10 more years experience, he has earned a higher salary. you don’t believe a new hire deserves the same pay as a 20 yr employee?
don’t get me wrong…with the same experience, women deserve as much….CERTAINLY more if they are better than men. but you can’t take 3 or 4 yrs off of work and expect the same rewards
