  1. catluvztheusa says:

    @arrrogantlyignorant Well okay if you really want me to. LOL… Actually anybody who knows me knows I can’t stand either of them, and I think Biden is completely stupid, a total idjit. If odumdum weren’t bad enough, this guy takes the cake. He needs to stay locked in a soundproof bunker in an undisclosed location. Happy now?

  2. arrrogantlyignorant says:

    @jblcva

    He’s not my boy. Where do you people come up with this? “messiah” “your boy” etc etc etc? He’s a guy that ran for President and won. Nothing more.

  3. catluvztheusa says:

    Also… The birth certificate issues for McCain and odumdum did not start with me. There were questions about their natural-born status. I didn’t start this. I believe if there are questions let’s get them answered. McCain answered. Odumdum did not. If you are worried about Biden’s natural-born status, file a lawsuit and if you find out he’s not natural born, I’ll stand with you to uphold the Constitutional requirement.

  4. arrrogantlyignorant says:

    @catluvztheusa

    No, because you still haven’t questioned his eligibility. I didnt ask if you thought he was stupid or not. I asked why you “question” Obama’s credentials but eventhough the office of VP demands the same Constitutional requirements, you don’t question Biden being a legitimate natural born citizen. The double standard is kind of enlightening.

  5. arrrogantlyignorant says:

    @catluvztheusa

    You totally missed the point. I never said you started “this”. I asked you why you dont question Biden if you question Obama. Its obvious by your posts that this is not really about Constitutional requiremts. My point is IF the Constitutional requirements are so fricken important to you, why are you only questioning the eligibility of ONE guy??? Obama DID answer. He provided a birth certificate and the State of Hawaii has stated they have his original on file.

  6. catluvztheusa says:

    @arrrogantlyignorant Wow… This is really getting stupid. Do you speak English? The question was NOT RAISED about Biden. The questions WERE RAISED about McCain and odumdum. I DID NOT RAISE this issue. READ MY LIPS: The issue was raised about the TWO guys who were running against each other for POTUS. I didn’t raise the issue. It IS about the Constitutional requirement for POTUS to be eligible. Watch the video AGAIN. Maybe you’ll get a clue from that.

  7. catluvztheusa says:

    @arrrogantlyignorant I don’t have questions about Biden. You are the one insisting I have to have questions about Biden’s elligibility. I could care. “Its also interesting to note that continuously use terms (odumdum, idjit, messiah) to de-legitimize the President but you DON’T use similar terms to describe the Vice President. Why is that?” So now I have used terms to deligetimize the VP. Should make you happy. I know, I know… YOU know the TRUE meaning… LOL;);)

  8. jblcva says:

    @arrrogantlyignorant “Oh If that were only true”. And the
    end of America came. This has been brewing for a
    long time now. O just happens to be here at this
    particular point in time. boy George helped
    pave the road for a dictatorship. Planned economy
    or planned destruction? History does repeat itself.
    Sadly to say America will be thrust into a depression.

  9. arrrogantlyignorant says:

    @catluvztheusa

    Thats the whole point, is that the question was not raised for the holder of the office of VP. If you are truly questioning Constitutional eligibility, why do you ignore the VP? Your hatred is such that you aren’t able to see what I’m asking you. It evades you. Besides this Lakin guy being an idiot, his “lawyer” is a bold face liar. No military judge is going to say that the President’s birth certificate is necessary to prove Lakin disobeyed orders.

  10. arrrogantlyignorant says:

    @catluvztheusa

    I’m saying if you’re going to question the President on the basis of Constitutional eligibility, then you should be questioning the VP as well. From where I sit, its not about Constitutional eligibility at all. Its about frying Obama, no matter what. It is very interesting that you use terms to delegitimize Obama because there is not one shred of evidence that seriously disputes any of the info he has given. You’ve already judged him.

  11. arrrogantlyignorant says:

    @jblcva

    Oh I see, so now you’re saying its not really the eligibility issue at all? You know, the issue that your buddy Big drones on about in dozen of videos on multiple accounts? Then plays his “comment pending approval” game. So if Bush paved the road, why are all those videos about Obama?

  12. catluvztheusa says:

    @arrrogantlyignorant THAT is your opinion, your standard. I don’t have to share that. Biden’s parents were Americans. Biden was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, USA. Odumdum’s father was a foreigner which alone possibly/probably disqualifies him. There are also questions whether he was born in Kenya. You can have whatever opinion you want but so can I. It IS about Constitutional eligibility. I don’t CARE if you believe that or not. Your choice. Unseal the records.

  13. catluvztheusa says:

    @arrrogantlyignorant The facts are these: Odumdum has issues. People are challenging those issues. NO ONE has found issues with Joe Biden. NO ONE. The second they do, I’ll jump right on it. They found issues with McCain. They dealt with McCain’s issues. Those are the facts. When you find something to challenge about Biden’s birth certificate, let me know.

  14. arrrogantlyignorant says:

    @catluvztheusa

    A person’s parentage has nothing to do with their citizenship if they were born on US soil. According to Title 8 of the US Code Section 1401, Obama is a natural born citizen (born in the US). Forget Biden already. I brought him up to illustrate a point that after multiple posts, still eludes you. You are right. You are entitled to your opinion. However, you are not entitled to your own facts. Obama has proven he was born in the US. Thats fact.

  15. arrrogantlyignorant says:

    @catluvztheusa

    They’re really made up issues. Even Lakin admits its “unanswered SPECULATION”.
    Obama does not have the burden of proof. He already proved his eligibility. Its up to “you” to provide evidence that the info he has already provided is not true.
    There is no evidence. Its only speculation and hearsay.

  16. catluvztheusa says:

    @arrrogantlyignorant ROFL… Well you get YOUR OWN facts… No fair!! LOLOLOL… Obots believe anything this fraud says. Parentage does matter as to natural-born status. which requires birth here and 2 parents US citizens. Also the laws were different in 1961. His father was not American. He might have been born in Kenya. We don’t know. Odumdum has proven nothing. LOL @ Biden. It doesn’t elude me. It’s not relevant. Good grief!

  17. catluvztheusa says:

    @arrrogantlyignorant Again that’s your opinion. Others obviously see it differently. Odumdum has proven nothing.

  18. arrrogantlyignorant says:

    @catluvztheusa

    There is no where in US law that states both parents need to be US citizens in order to be a NBC. Parentage only comes into play if someone is born on foreign soil. There are only 2 types of citizenship.
    1. Naturalized (alien or foreign born)
    2. Citizen at birth (native or natural born)
    Title 8 of the US Code Sect 1401 describes 8 catergories of how a person acquires citizen at birth status. People that fall into ANY of these categories are eligible to run for Pres and VP.

  19. arrrogantlyignorant says:

    @catluvztheusa

    He sure has. What he submitted is a State issued, Certified, official birth certificate.
    The Hawaii State Dept of Health has officially stated that they have his original on file. Why the heck would they have that if he was born anywhere else? If he was born elsewhere, where is the supporting documentation?

  20. catluvztheusa says:

    @arrrogantlyignorant “Natural Born Citizen” of the USA (referenced only in Article II as one of the specific requirements to serve as President and Commander in Chief in the USA) refers to a citizen born to two parents who are both US citizens at the time of the child’s birth, which must be in the USA.
    This type of citizen of a nation is a citizen via “natural law” and cannot be given by any man made law.

  21. catluvztheusa says:

    The acts of nature itself gave this person natural born citizenship of the nation.
    This is typically the largest group in any nation which has been in existence for a couple of generations or more. It is also the group which innately has the strongest allegiance to the nation and the least potential foreign familial or other foreign influences on them.

  22. catluvztheusa says:

    @arrrogantlyignorant The Certification of Live Birth is not a copy of the original birth certificate. It is a computer-generated document that the state of Hawaii issues on request to indicate that a birth certificate of some type is on record in accordance with state policies and procedures. Given the statutes in force in 1961, the Certification of Live Birth proves nothing unless we know what is on the original birth certificate.

  23. arrrogantlyignorant says:

    @catluvztheusa

    There is no where in US law that states both parents need to be citizens in order for their child to be a natural born citizen. If I’m wrong, please cite it.
    There are 2 types of citizenship -
    1. Naturalized (alien or foreign born)
    2. Citizen at birth (native or natural born)

  24. arrrogantlyignorant says:

    @catluvztheusa

    I never claimed that its a “copy” of the original. It is in fact an official ‘stand alone’ valid birth certificate. Its the only type Hawaii has issued since 2001. What “statutes in force in 1961″ are you referring to that would make it so the COLB proves “nothing”???

  25. JohnGaltSpeaking1981 says:

    I really don’t have an opinion on this, but what I can tell you is I can’t stand Anderson Cooper. Wouldn’t it be ironic if the next president was in this same situation – would Anderson Cooper defend him as well if he was lets say right leaning?? Hmmm….LOL

  26. Barack Obama is a director that hopefully will go down in history for more than merely becoming the earliest black U . s . president. In the worold financial crisis there has been some very hard periods nowadays for Us citizens and for the entire globe and Obama has had to deal with the way to tackle this and lots of different challenges. He has his supporters and his critics but he has without doubt made a big contribution to America.
