We all know that NOT providing a certified copy of the original Certificate of Birth has raised many questions. The legaility comes down to this legal clause on the Certificate (which is not a certified copy of the original)provided by the Dept of Health of Hawaii: ” This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding. [HRS 338-13(b), 338-19]“, So, apparently technically and legally Obama has complied by providing official proof of his Citizenship. What is being hidden from public view by not supplying an actual certified copy of the original? It almost certainly has to do with the legal address of the parents at the time of birth. Also the Hospital or Attending Physian and witness of Birth would be listed. Would a clue be evident which would give direction for further investigation which would uncover something? Are their any pictures of Anne Dunham while pregnant with Obama? Could he be a clone? Or is it possible that he will be found to be technically a British Subject of the Queen? Whatever it is, it must be something serious, for Obama put up with all the rumors, lawsuits, and accusations. Otherwise why not just provide the Original? Ah that is the question! Hawaii’s policy of not supplying a Certified copy of the original Birth Certificate is in effect less than full disclosure. In the infamous mortgage business this tactic is known as “alternate documentation” which allowed for applicants to commit fraud or to slip through the

    Handwritten birth certificates are no longer used. That is where the confusion comes from with the different types of certificates. Especially because the people doubting the birth certificate tend to be older and they are familiar with hand written BC’s. Go to a court house and ask for your BC and they will take the written info and make a legal BC for you on special paper and the doctor isn’t on there either. Still don’t think he was born in hawaii though

  2. memama2 says:

    …looking at the SIGNATURE …would tell you a whole lot! By Paper Experts! …..and also anyone could go in and claim ANYTHING= …in Hawaii then! (we have family and friends who live there) And the FACT is that anyone could have went into any Government Office and “claimed” a baby boy was born at home (or leave the location blank) and then signed it WITH NO I.D.! …and then the COLB was mailed to “given address” and then – that “claim” of Baby BORN = was sent to Newspapers to print out!

  3. memama2 says:

    …he has stolen ALL his elementary school records! The entire file is = GONE! …..(they think his parent or Grandparent had to give them a COLB or “birth certificate”)…and that paper? Was a PROBLEM! ) …….if Barry had nothin to hide? He would HIDE NOTHING! ….there is somethin to HIDE HERE! ……… and everyone knows it! This was a Grifter Scam and someone was paid off or knows this COLB has something WRONG on it! Or the “registrar” could have done something illegal! THEY KNOW!

    Obama is a native born citizen, not a natural born citizen. Natural born means both parents are citizens and born in the USA. Look up the only four court cases that define Natural born. His father was a Brithish subject therefore he can not hold office. Failing to release the long form is to distract people. Obama’s own web-site declares him to be a native born citizen not a Natural born citizen. They are not the same thing, but most people are unaware of this.

  5. UtherPendragan says:

    @arrrogantlyignorant You are correct, the court cases that define the meaning of natural born say Parents. They do not say parent, they say parents. Therefore the word “both” is not used.

  6. DoubleTalkingJive says:

    @jonah70757 Jonah you realize that the first President to even have a birth certificate was JFK? JFK! In 1960! Which means every President before him DID NOT have what you’re calling “certified documents”.

    Do you seek to void the elections of all of pre-JFK Presidents unless you see proper documentation?

    By the way, I work in HR for a living. Short-form birth certificates are fine. I’ve never asked for further documentation, nor am I required to (by Dept. of Homeland Security regulations).

  7. DoubleTalkingJive says:

    @borderraven Irrelevant, border, and you know it.

    Both of Obama’s parents could’ve been Mexicans who snuck across the border and gave birth to baby Barack Jr. in the parking lot of a Texas road-stop, and guess what…

    He’d STILL be a natural-born citizen. ;)

    Read the 14th Amendement.

  8. borderraven says:

    @DoubleTalkingJive WRONG! The baby would be a native-born US Citizen, until I get the laws changed. How the Hell do you infer the 14th Amendment defines a natural born citizen? Please quote the relevant sentence.

  9. borderraven says:

    @DoubleTalkingJive Are you referring the the DHS I-9 Form, page 5?

  10. borderraven says:

    Q: Have you heard about McDonald’s’ new Obama Value Meal?
    A: Order anything you like and the guy behind you has to pay for it. -Conan O’Brien

  11. DoubleTalkingJive says:

    @borderraven Yes, sir! I process them every day.

  12. DoubleTalkingJive says:

    @borderraven Never said it did, cowboy. But the Supreme Court has deferred to the 14th on all matters relating to citizenship.

    And nowhere in the Constitution is there any difference drawn between “native” and “natural”-born.

    Let’s see how good your deductive reasoning is….

  13. borderraven says:

    @DoubleTalkingJive US Constitution, Article 1 Section 2 Clause 2 The House requires “a Citizen of the US”. Article 1 Section 3 Clause 3 The Senate requires “a Citizen of the US”. Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 The Executive requires “a natural born Citizen” (pure citizen).

  14. DoubleTalkingJive says:

    @borderraven And where the Constitution does it state the difference between “native” and “natural-born”?

  15. DoubleTalkingJive says:

    @arrrogantlyignorant Exactly. There’s “naturalized” and “natural-born”. THAT’S IT!

    Not sure what made-up laws these Birthers are citing.

  16. jonah70757 says:

    @borderraven NOw thats what I call income distribution! Thumbs up!

  17. VonHelton says:

    @DoubleTalkingJive

    A dual citizen *CANNOT* be Prez.

  18. jonah70757 says:

    @VonHelton Its pointless and a waste of time arguing with blind Obamites

  19. VonHelton says:

    @jonah70757 Yep!

  20. DoubleTalkingJive says:

    @VonHelton Guess that means Thomas Jefferson and Chester Alan Arthur were ineligible too?

  21. VonHelton says:

    @DoubleTalkingJive

    No, it doesn’t. The law didn’t exist when they were around. Nice try, though.

  22. DoubleTalkingJive says:

    And what law is that specificially? Can you cite it?

    And whatever British citizenship he had was lost when he was 2 years old, and he lost whatever Kenyan citizenship he had at 21 (as per Kenyan law).

    Looks like he’s only got American citizenship.

    And it looks like you’re shit outta luck, buddy!

  23. VonHelton says:

    @DoubleTalkingJive

    Here’s an idea…….Why don’t *YOU* get off YOUR lazy ass & look it up for yourself?

    I’m pretty sure I never took you to raise.

  24. DoubleTalkingJive says:

    @VonHelton Translation: NO. You can’t cite it.

    Another well-sourced Birther!

  25. VonHelton says:

    @DoubleTalkingJive

    Wrong. I happen to be well versed in the law. But after dealing with approx. 100 people just as stupid as you are, I’ve had enough.

    Look it up for yourself, or do without.
