BRAVO! Yep, been called a racist on HuffPo for voicing my concern of the good Rev Wright God damning the US KKKofA.
It appears you have decided to refuse to allow the liberals to make you a victim. Congratulations!
Everyone should think for themselves and decide why you should not vote for someone like Obama.
Of course Mccain isn’t really any better.
Keep up the good work.
Thank you for your advice. You have a very good response to being called a racist. I would be interested in your opinions. Please email me so we can work on this together. I am a white man who has no color bias.
Ops, you need my email. vcymbal@socal.rr.com
Great points given. I hope you give us more “gifts” in more videos.
You are obviously one of those uneducated, blue collar, backwater kids from the hills….
All kidding aside, I am truly grateful to see intelligent points made by an intelligent young guy who takes responsibility for his thoughts/actions.
One of the things that the Obama supporters also don’t get is that working a blue collar (or pink collar) job is not indicative of your education level! It is merely a job one has to work. People have to take the employment they can for many different reasons, such as access to employment, skills, money, opportunities, illness, family support, and life choices (i.e., having children).
Both my spouse and I have college degrees. My spouse makes more money than I working as a custodian, I work at a university and I make much less. Go figure!
Maybe the next video could be one on elitist attitudes. Which is yet another reason I could not support his campaign. What kind of message does his campaign’s elitist attitudes and lack of humility show not only our country, but other countries as well? Can we say, SNOB. Neither FDR or JFK were that, and they came from very wealthy backgrounds!
Love this site! And it does my heart good to see that there is at least ONE young person of color who is not following the Pied Piper into the depths of hell!
He wants to “hustle” and “jive talk” his way to the presidency. But pulling an “all-nighter” isn’t going to give him the foreign affairs credentials that someone like John McCAin has after years of hard work, sweat and tears!

Great web site. Glad to see some one has the smarts
to check into what these presidential candidates stand
for behind the scenes. Words sounds good and cunning,
but actions awlays speak louder.
Inexperience teaches nothing. Even though McCain has
his issues too, he still knows the ropes of War
and he will fight for us Americans just as he has
done in the past with spirit and put his whole heart and soul into it. It is who he is. His character.
Thank you for your comments. I was truly offended to be defined as a racist simply because I wasn’t enthralled with Obama. I’m far too sensible to take chances on an inexperienced person whose message of change wasn’t followed up with an explanation. What changes and how? His speeches consisted of telling people what they already knew. The economy sucks and you need some kind of health insurance plan. No shit! People cheered and chanted his name every time he gave one of those “no duh” speeches like they were sent a message from God! That just scares me. Given four more years, maybe my opinion would have been completely different. But right now, he just reminds me of the little kid throwing a fit in the supermarket. I wan’t my twinkies now!
I can understand where this guy was coming from because I am not a blind follower of anyone, especially based on race. I come from a multi-cultural family, raised with relatives in the Bahai Faith. For those of you who don’t know what the Bahai Faith is, please look it up at http://info.bahai.org/. This is not an endorsement, it’s informational.
As the election for the democratic nominee heightened, I too found myself asking “What is the big deal about Obama?” “What is so special about this man, that hundreds of thousands of people across the world were gathering just to hear him speak?”
I was lacking understanding, and needed to educate myself. I decided to start paying attention to what he had to say, instead of listening to the 30 second news blurbs and everyone’s interpretation of what he said.
What I learned for myself, is that Barack Obama is a brilliant strategist. He’s diplomatic instead of destructive. He’s for the people and not his own war, oil, tax, and energy agenda.
He makes good decisions, even choosing Biden as his running mate, an expert in foreign affairs.
I don’t know where any of you stand, but I pray we do not have another 4 years of troops being killed, jobs being lost, inflated gas and food prices.
We have to elect a president, that’s the beauty of this country, but it’s time for a change.
Educate yourself, knowledge is power.
FOR THE PAST 50 YEARS THE MAJORITY OF AFRICAN AMERICANS HAVE VOTED DEMOCRAT, SO THAT TELLS ME THAT WHETHER THE CANDIDATE WAS HILARY CLINTON OR ANY OTHER DEMOCRATE, WE WOULD MORE THAN LIKELY HAVE VOTED FOR THEM AS WELL. AFRICAN AMERICANS IDENTIFY MORE WITH THIS PARTY DUE TO THEIR EFFORTS DURING CIVIL RIGHTS, REALIZING THAT YES IT WAS THE REPUBLICAN PARTY WHO ENDED SLAVERY, BUT THE EMANCIPATION WAS ONLY DONE IN WORDS BUT NOT IN DEED. SO WHY IS IT NOW BEING SAID THAT AFRICAN AMERICANS OR JUST DIE HARD DEMOCRATS IN GENERAL ARE VOTING FOR BARACK OBAMA BECAUSE HE IS BLACK? LET’S TURN THIS QUESTION AROUND, WHY ARE THERE DIE HARD DEMOCRATS WHO HAVE VOTED DEMOCRAT FOR THE PAST 50 YEARS NOW VOTING REPUBLICAN? BARACK BEING CALLED AN ELITIST IS SO WEIRD TO ME, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A BLACK MAN WHO HAPPENS TO HAVE HAD A GREAT LIFE FINANCIALLY, AND YET IF HE WERE WHITE AND FINANCIALLY BLESSED IT’S JUST UNDERSTOOD. I AM IN NO WAY RACIST NOR DO I BELIEVE IN DIVISION, I JUST FEEL THAT OUR COUNTRY NEEDS TO BE HEALED AND I’VE ALREADY FELT THE AFFECTS OF REPUBLICAN LEADERSHIP, I CAN’T SAY THAT OBAMA IS THE KEY TO ALL THINGS GREAT, BUT I DO KNOW THAT I WILL ONLY HAVE THE SAME OUTCOME SHOULD ANOTHER REPUBLICAN BE ELECTED……LASTLY BROTHER…STOP DISSING BLACK PEOPLE AS IF WE ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO SUPPORT OBAMA, IF YOU HAD HALF THE BRAIN YOU CLAIM TO HAVE YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND THAT BLACK PEOPLE MAKE UP ONLY 13% OF OUR SOCIETY AND ALMOST 30% OF US SIDED WITH HILARY CLINTON (ME INCLUDED) SO THAT TELLS YOU FROM SIMPLE MATHEMATICS THAT WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES WHO BELIEVE IN THE OBAMA/BIDEN TICKET. THINK BEFORE YOU SPEAK. HAVE A GREAT DAY
Articulate. Thanks for the post.
Look up Karl Marx’s early work. You will recognize the subtle changes made to switch from “class to “race”.
There are some interesting podcasts on Marx in UC Berekely’s IPOD University history section.
We need to end Racism, MLK “I have a Dream”
Peace and Love for all God’s Children.
Obama’s is prolonging Racism in America by his support for segregation.
Quit “acting white” ….you sell out!
Seriously, logic knows no race and you have that argument nailed down. Nice work.

Good for you. I think it would be racist for black Americans to vote for Obama purely *because* he’s black - which is apparently what many are doing. It is good to see you’re able to overlook the “identify politics” and just vote for the person that you agree with on principles.
Before Obama, I had no idea that “Black Liberation Theology” even existed, let alone how racist it is. Can you imagine a white *presidential* candidate getting away with belonging to a church that preached a reverse message (or belonged to the KKK)? They’d be done in a millisecond.
People like you give me hope that the racial divide in this country can eventually be healed.
